Appointments

To make an appointment with a provider at Novant Health Child & Adolescent Medical Group:

• Call our office at 704-384-8460 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Schedule online using MyChart.

If your child is sick and you would like to be seen quickly, please alert our office when you call. Same-day and next-day appointments are regularly available for sick patients. 

We also offer Saturday appointments for established patients in need of sick-child care. Those appointments can be made through our after-hours triage line; call our regular office number.
